1. This registration is for the Teen Driving Academy III only. This registration does not include the 5K Race For Safety Fun Run. To register for the Race For Safety Fun Run, CLICK HERE .

2. Registration is not required for the family safety activities in the All-state Allstate Safetython.

3. Complimentary tickets, good for one teen and one parent admission to TDI III, are available from your local Allstate Insurance agent.

4. You may also register for the event for a fee of $40, which includes admission for one teen and one parent.

5. Each ticket is good for one teen and one adult admission to the Teen Driving Academy.</p>

6. Up to three additional registrants, at a cost of $10 per registrant, may be added to a ticket, regardless if the ticket is complimentary or was purchased.

7. To receive credit for a complimentary ticket, be sure to include the Sponsor Ticket Code found on the back of the ticket in the Online Registration Code field when registering below.

8. IMPORTANT: Event attendees must complete two waiver forms - one completed by the parent or guardian, the other by the teen. Use the following links to print each of the required forms.

9. Bring the completed forms with you on May 17 to speed registration.
