We all know that teens are usually brutally honest. In many cases that's the best approach. We certainly appreciate the comments, both good and constructive that our students make at the end of the course. The following actual comments were offered by the students in some of our recent classes and are typical of the feedback we receive.
This class has truly opened my eyes to the dangers of driving, especialy driving uninformed. I learned more in this class than I could have possibly learned from a family member and now I feel safer and more prepared.

I feel that I will be a better driver because I understand all that goes into my task as a driver as well as other drivers. I believe that I can be a safe driver and understand my actions on the road better.

(As a result of taking this course) I will take on the responsibility to inform my friends, family and loves one of all the material that is necessary to survival on the roads. I believe that if I just spread the word then it can become an epidemic, and it lessens the chances of people that I care about making bad judgement. I will always think for everyone on the road, becoming both a more defenseive and offensive driver. Thank you for such an enriching opportunity.

I will be much more careful when I drive. I will also never drink and drive, simply because I am jut scared out of it. This is a great class that really helped me out.

I want to be more careful and not have many distractions (while driving). I already told my friends that they need to help me focus and not add to the distractions list.

I've learned a LOT in this class. I mean my parents taught me some of what you went over, they just explained the overview. But you went into extreme detail. The best part about this class was, yes, the learning about driving. But it didn't seem like I was learning it.
William, 16, Marietta
I found this class very enjoyable. I have heard that other classes are very boring, and (the instructors) only read out of the driver's manual. I really enjoyed getting to wear the drunk goggles, and I am sure that I will find it very beneficial that I now know how to change a tire. This class has made me more aware of everything that goes on on the roads that I will soon be driving on. I feel that this class has really helped me.
Allen, 15, Kennesaw
My name is Kaylie, and I'm 15 years old. I have enjoyed this class. It has helped me in many ways in learning the basics to a safe driving career. I also enjoyed the fact that the instructors made it interesting and not boring! I would like to tell ya'll to keep up the good work and I hope that I am able to remember the things I've learned forever.

I thought this class was very helpful. I not only learned how to avoid making common errors, but I learned how to protect myself against the errors of other drivers. More importantly, I learned why it is so vital to do so, and how dangerous it can be if you don't. The instructors have a real determination of keeping teens safe on the road, and their efforts are greatly appreciated. The class may be a LONG one, but it's a useful one.

This driver's ed. course was done very well. You made it so it wasn't boring just reading out of a book all day, and we got to do some hands on things too, like changing the tire and putting on the drunk glasses. I feel that you taught us things that we really need to know and not just the basic laws of driving. Your energy and excitement about what you were teaching was great because it made the class more enjoyable and showed that you really cared about what you were teaching. Anyone that I've talked about other classes they've taken has told me how boring and bad their class was, and none of them even compare to this class!
Sarah, 16, Woodstock
Overall the course was very good. There were no major problems with the course, but my biggest gripe being that the simulators did not feel much like a real car (no feedback from the steering wheel, no resistance in pedals). That said, the instructors were great and sounded very knowledgeable. Moreover, the dense structure of the class was convenient and made it easy to complete the course before my driving exam.
Kevin, 17, Smyrna
I really enjoyed this course. There are a lot of things I liked about it. I liked that it only took two weekends to complete and the hours in which we completed it. I also liked having review tests that didn't count but that we could review from, and watching videos on the subjects. The note-taking helped me remember important facts. Lastly, I liked the openness of the class, the fact that we could have breaks and go to lunch. One thing I might suggest is studying more things that are on the final test; there were a few questions I didn't think we went over completely. Thank you for teaching this class.

I really enjoyed this class because there were a lot of hands-on and visual learning techniques used. Aside from taking notes and watching videos, I learned how to change a tire, oil, and more. Also, I learned the inner workings of a car and how to maintain it. I learned a lot of driving techniques as well as safety guidelines that I should take before even getting into the car.
Nathan, 15, Acworth
This class was very educational and it helped a lot. Now I can tell my parents what they are doing wrong when they are driving. It is now easier to use hand-eye coordination. I also know all the risks for buying cars and getting insurance which helps a lot. I can be a better driver on the roads, with the skills I have learned from the last two weekends. I also learned some things I didn't know, like the "Smith system" and IPDE. With those I can do better on the roads.
Robert, 16, Dunwoody
I loved the class! I feel like I'm safer to be on the roads now. You made it interesting to where I actually paid attention and didn't fall asleep. I think that the 4-hour simulator class did not have to be so long. It got boring after two hours or so. Everything else was perfect.
