The head of the CDC, Robert Redfield, told reports that the COVID-19pandemmic isn’t over. And, Redfield said that pregnant women are now more vunerable. He noted that the vast majority of Americans is still ‘susceptible’ to the virus.
“We’re not talking about a second wave right now,” Redfield said. He noted that 5-8% of Americans are believed to have Coronavirus. But that the actual number of who has the virus is 10 times higher (for each person who has the virus, he predicted that 10 others also have it).
What can YOU do to protect yourself? Continue to wear a mask, stay six feet away from others and continue to wash your hands thoroughly – and constantly.
